I have met some of the coolest people I have ever known through this program already, and learned so many things that I would not have otherwise been exposed to in my previous jobs and career path. The people I work with are all incredibly conscientious of the work we are doing and also hold each other in very high regard, so this support system is quite impressive and makes everyone not only feel included, but also valued as an important member of the system.
