One thing that makes it so hard is that I’m always active in all of the classes. Essentially, I’m doing three workouts a day and sometimes don’t even have time to eat.
It’s nice that my corporate housing in Northern Kentucky has a full kitchen so I’m able to cook after I’m done with work. Although it can be a bit overwhelming and exhausting at times, it is all worth it to me.
I love living a healthy lifestyle and ever since I moved into corporate housing in Northern Kentucky, my mental health has been the highest and best ever.
